'Holiday Baking Championship' winner Jason Smith honors family, heritage with cooking
Huntington Herald Dispatch Smith, who is the cooking manager at Isonville Elementary in rural Eastern Kentucky, was known for incorporating heritage recipes from his aunts and grandmothers into his creations for the show. He said he wanted to memorialize them by using their recipes. |
