Firefighters evacuate south Springfield hotel after cooking fire inside room
KY3 Firefighters say it started when a guest was cooking dinner in his room. The man was able to grab a fire extinguisher from the hallway and put out the flames. Smoke filled the second floor, leading to evacuations. No major damage or injuries were reported. |
