One pan cooking for one
Osceola Sun I use a seasoned* cast iron pan because it holds the heat well and roasts my veggies perfectly. I first heat the pan on the stovetop, put the whole pan in the oven to finish cooking, about a half hour. It's easy and there is only one pan to clean up ... |
